PEPPER STEAK

1 - 1-1/2 Lbs.	Top Round Steak
2 Tb.		Vegtable Oil
1 tsp.		Salt
1 Clove		Garlic
1 Cup		Beef Broth
1/2		Green Bell Pepper
1/2		Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2		Red Bell Pepper
2		Celery Stalks
1/2		Medium Onion
1/2 Cup		Coca-Cola
2 1/2 Tb.	Corn Starch
1/4 Cup		Coca-Cola
1 Tb.		Lite Soy Sauce
3-4 Servings	Cooked Rice


     Prepare all the vegtables first.  Julienne the Bell Peppers and thinly slice the 
Onion and Celery.  Prepare the STIR FRY STEAK STRIPS.  Add the Bell Peppers, Onion, 
Celery and 1/2 Cup Coca Cola.  Cover and cook over Med-High heat for 6 minutes stirring 
ocassionally.  Check the vegtables, if they are not tender cook for 2 minutes more.  Mix 
the constarch, 1/4 Cup Coca-Cola and the Soy Sauce.  Add to the pan and stir for 1 minute.
The sauce will thicken.  Be sure to coat all the vegtables and meat with the sauce.  

     Serve over hot rice.  Makes 3-4 servings.
